Today we want to promote Healing Hands Physical Therapy & Functional Rehab Clinic who partners with us in the care of our amputee patients. Mary Jane (MJ) Sy, D.PT. is incredible and simply the best in the field. Her skills at working with amputees, who have had their physical symmetry and balance thrown off are exceptional.

Because she so thoroughly understands how energy moves through the body, she is able to help amputees learn to move in a way that regains strength and balance. She goes beyond Physical Therapy and also offers relief from pain with dry needling and cupping. The injured runner is like a recent amputee victim, continually forgetting that the limb isn't there, crestfallen at each realization. What we need more than anything is a suitable prosthetic and an attitude adjustment! 🩵

Had lunch in Little Rock recently with Tammy, one of the last patients that Michael L Kenney, CP saw. She’s doing well with her prosthesis! She’s back to living independently and has her small business back up and operating. We are so proud of her!

We helped this young man out with a prosthesis as he had no resources and showed great determination. We would see him out in the community wheeling himself to the store. As one of our humanitarian efforts, we agreed to provide the services to him as "charity." Now when we see him walking around town, we could not be happier. He painted his components gold - the leg was golden to him.
