The THC Disaster: Ma*****na 4.0
This isn’t “just weed” anymore.
In the 70s, ma*****na had 2–4% THC.
Today’s concentrates can reach 90% THC.
ER doctors are reporting skyrocketing cases of psychosis, paranoia, and violent behavior.
Families are blindsided when their teen takes a single hit and never comes back the same.
This is Ma*****na 4.0, a chemically engineered, high-potency drug dressed up as harmless.
The misconception? That it’s natural. That it’s medicine. That it’s safe.
The reality? It’s a mental health disaster in the making.
If we don’t start educating kids before age eight, we risk losing another generation to lies, addiction, and psychosis.
We should all be asking:
How many more lives must be shattered before we sound the alarm?
That’s why Educate Before Eight is the answer. Because before the age of eight, a child’s brain is moldable, it absorbs everything. If we lay the foundation of truth, resilience, and refusal skills early, we can keep them out of the grip of psychosis and addiction.

🚨 Reasonable Suspicion Testing Matters

When an employee is suspected of being under the influence, the employer’s next steps are critical.

One common mistake we see:
❌ Allowing the employee to drive themselves to a testing location.

This is a serious liability risk. If the employee is impaired, they could harm themselves, others, or the company’s reputation.

✅ Best practice:
• Keep the employee on-site.
• Arrange safe transportation if testing must be done off-site.
• Partner with a testing provider who understands reasonable suspicion protocols and can respond quickly after hours.

Remember: Proper procedures protect your business, your staff, and the public.
