Good Friday

On Wednesday 28th, West Gate Family Medicine will be opening at 1pm and closing at 4pm. You will be able to call clinic at 12:30pm to schedule an appointment if need to be seen tomorrow. We will be operating with a skeleton crew so please bear with us! Please be safe and stay warm!!

For the safety of our patients and employees—West Gate Family Medicine will remain closed for Tuesday 27th. Staff members will reach out to you to reschedule your appointment. If you have portal access, you are able to send messages to us and we will respond. If you are needing medication refills, contact your pharmacy and they will electronically send a request to your provider. We do have an after hours number to call for any urgent medical concerns that you may have. That number is 501-379-4638.
