Quapaw Community Center The Quapaw Community Center, 500 Quapaw in beautiful Hot Springs, AR offers water exercise classes, dance classes, use of sauna, exercise room and gymnasium.

Water Programs
Water Aerobics 9 - 10 am Monday - Saturday
Water Workout 10 -11 am Monday -Friday and 5:15 -6:15 Tuesday and Thursday
Aqua Arthritis 1-2 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Land Programs
Yoga 10:15 - 11:15 am Monday and 10am-11:30 am Saturday
Clogging 9-11:00 am Tuesday and Thursday
Line Dancing 11am-12pm Tuesday and Thursday
Ballroom Dancing lessons 7-8 pm Thursday
All classes $5 for non-members
