We’re proud to share an exciting update for our community: Dustin Goad is stepping into the role of Director of High Reliability and Women’s Health at NPMC.

In this expanded role, Dustin will help advance our commitment to exceptional, reliable care for women and families, supporting the continued growth of our Women’s Services department. From strengthening quality and safety practices to championing the needs of mothers, babies, and caregivers, his work will directly support the health of the communities we serve.

Dustin will continue serving as our Director of Quality and has already been a strong partner to Women’s Services since October ’25. His leadership, experience, and dedication to continuous improvement make him an invaluable part of our mission.

Freda Harper, Director of Laboratory, recently celebrated her 44th anniversary with National Park Medical Center. Freda began on Dec. 19, 1981, when the hospital was still located Downtown as Ouachita Memorial.
