In the wake of the smashing hit that was the inaugural Hot Springs Women’s Health EXPO 2025, were catching up on some reading of the fascinating truths about women’s health and the midlife transition, in Dr. Kelly Casperson’s new book, The Menopause Moment. Highly recommended!!! Just look at this long list of symptoms women can experience as they start to outlive their ovaries, around their 40’s and 50’s! 😱 In the wise words of Dr. Casperson: “we can reclaim our well-being!”

Our very first Women’s Health Expo 2025 was an incredible success thanks to YOU! 💜

This event wouldn’t have been possible without our 70 exhibitors and the incredible partners who provided free health screenings and demonstrations!

Official Impact:
✅ Over 450 women attended the Expo
✅ 151 health screenings completed on-site
✅ 152 medical referrals provided for follow-up care
✅ 133 participants joined our expert-led panels
✅ 72 participants took part in hands-on demonstrations

Together, we created a day full of connection and empowerment for women’s health. We’re already excited for next year! 💜

Wow! What an INCREDIBLE turnout we had at the first annual Women’s Health Expo!! We are still reeling from just how much information, community, and fun was jam packed into those 5 hours. THANK YOU to every single attendee, vendor, volunteer, practitioner, panelist, and woman who did their part in making today happen. We couldn’t have done it without YOU, our amazing Hot Springs community. Let’s do this again soon! 😉
