Due to road conditions, Fountain Lake Family Medicine will remain closed on Wednesday, 2/19. Our staff will be reaching out to scheduled patients to offer telemedicine visits.

🏥 Check our First Care Walk-In Clinic hours for alternative care options.

Medical Weight Loss Patients:
Our clinic will be closed, and we will not be at our Lake Hamilton Clinic on Wednesday evening.

Due to the increased chance of inclement weather, our office will be closing at 12:00 pm today ( 2/18/25) to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff. Our team will be reaching out to reschedule your appointment or offer a telemedicine visit if applicable.

Fountain Lake Family Clinic will be closed today, 1/21/25, due to a main water line break. Our staff will contact you to arrange telemedicine appointments or reschedule any appointments originally scheduled for today.

We plan to reopen on Wednesday, 1/22/25.
