But don’t worry, we've got the best IT team around. They keep all four of our centers running seamlessly and somehow stay patient when the fix is as easy as “did you try turning it off and back on again?”

November is Diabetes Awareness Month.

Diabetes touches so many lives — and it is more common in rural areas where nearly 1 in 10 adults have been diagnosed, compared to about 8% in urban areas (CDC, 2023).

But, living in a small town shouldn’t mean fewer health resources and poorer health. At Hot Springs Health Program, we’re here to help with local care, education, and support for every step of your health journey.

It's that time of year again... Fall vaccines are now available at all 4 Hot Springs Health Program locations (Hot Springs, Mars Hill, Marshall, and Laurel).

In a hurry? Our Mars Hill center is offering drive-thru flu shots every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in October from 9AM - 4:30 PM.
