Let’s talk anger. 👀
Anger management isn’t just about not yelling or throwing things. Sometimes, it's about learning to actually feel anger, and express it in a healthy, respectful way.
Here’s the truth:
Many people either stuff their anger down (hello, stomach aches, headaches, and anxiety 👋) or let it slip out through passive-aggressive behavior... and neither of those help us heal or grow.
➡️ Anger isn't “bad.” It’s a God-given emotion—just like joy, sadness, or fear. What matters is how we handle it.
✅ What healthy anger can look like:
Naming your feelings out loud: “I feel angry because…”
Taking time to cool off before responding
Setting boundaries respectfully
Processing it with a trusted friend or therapist
You don’t have to fear your anger. You just need tools to manage it well and we’re here to help.💙
