🌟 Clinician Spotlight 🌟
Meet Adeline Rose, our amazing Speech-Language Pathology Assistant! 💗
Adeline joined our team at the end of the summer, and she hasn’t missed a beat! She recently graduated from Baylor University with her degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and was born and raised right here in Hot Springs, AR. We’re so excited for you to get to know her better! ✨
💬 What inspired you to enter the field of Speech Pathology?
“I’ve always had a heart for working with individuals with special needs. Growing up, I volunteered in the special education classroom, helped with Special Olympics, and participated in programs like I Can Dance and the Very Special Pageant. My older sister is a speech-language pathologist and first introduced me to the field. After my very first class in college, I knew this was what God was calling me to do.”
💬 Do you have an area or population that you are especially passionate about?
“I love working with a wide variety of patients—from articulation to nonverbal children who use AAC. I have a special passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and helping every child find a way to communicate their needs.”
💬 Favorite hobbies or things you like to do:
“I love spending time with my family, especially my sweet niece and nephews. You can often find me out on the lake with family and friends, soaking up the sunshine and making memories. ☀️💦”
We are so thankful for the joy, compassion, and dedication Adeline brings to our team and to every child she works with! 💕
