HealthStar Physicians of Hot Springs is growing, and we’re looking for someone who loves solving problems, improving workflows, working with healthcare technology, and using data to drive real results.

This is NOT a traditional HealthIT role.

We’re looking for someone who can:
✔ Optimize workflows inside Athena
✔ Support quality and value-based care initiatives
✔ Build actionable reports and dashboards
✔ Help launch and implement new healthcare technology
✔ Translate complex requirements into practical clinic workflows
✔ Work alongside leadership to improve performance, patient outcomes, and revenue

If you have UnitedHealthcare, you may have received a letter saying HealthStar or one of our providers are out-of-network.

👉 This is INCORRECT

We are still in-network with UnitedHealthcare, and this has been confirmed directly with them.

Unfortunately, this appears to be an internal error on UHC’s side, and we are actively working with them to get it corrected.

✅ You can continue to see your HealthStar provider

We know how frustrating and confusing this can be—and we are advocating on your behalf to get this resolved quickly.
