HealthStar Physicians of Hot Springs is looking for a dependable and friendly Receptionist/Billing Specialist to join our Business Office team!

📍 Location: On-site in Hot Springs, AR
🕒 Position: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
✅ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
✅ Assist patients with billing questions
✅ Support billing specialists with day-to-day tasks
✅ Perform general office & administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:
💬 Strong communication & customer service skills
💻 Basic computer proficiency
⚡ Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
➕ Medical billing experience is a plus (but not required!)
