You don't "create your own reality" - you align to the potentials that already exist.

The universe is a mirror + It brings more of the vibration you're letting off back to you..

So when you desire to align into the energy of "abundance".. for example, and you are constantly looking at what you don't have or can't do, the universe will bring you more 'don't have' and 'can't do' ...

Your brain naturally seeks confirmation for what it believes, so if you believe you can't, your brain will search for truth in that.

You will then have the external confirmation that something isn't possible, and you will fail to recognize the plethora and potentials that DO make it possible.

ON THE FLIP SIDE -

When you shift that belief into gratitude & abundance mindset, opportunity loaded with abundance, with 'i can' ...with things to be grateful for naturally start appearing.

It's not that they didn't exist or that you conjured it out of thin air, no no.

You simply aligned yourself to match the flow that has always been there.

Our bodies ever-constantly radiate vibrations that pull those like-vibrations back to us - most of the time, outside of the scope of conscious awareness. (Which is why shadow work and living an examined life is so deeply important if we desire to have some sort of real agency over our experiences.)

I say all of this to say -

The cycle of healing through shadow work and energetic fascia release goes like this:

✨Trigger is felt, then identified, and we work backwards from original trigger to find the source of the pain.

✨The pain is identified, expressed, and validated - if ready, the client then has an opportunity to unravel the story and added meaning behind their trigger.

✨After the fascia release happens, conscious downregulation/co-regulation occurs, and somatic integration is done through rewriting the story in the nervous system, through untangling and redirecting the narrative in the nervous system.

✨Client feels lighter, more whole.

✨Repeat

Healing happens in a sort of .. "ebb and flow" and not everyone follows the same linear patterns. Sometimes we have to repeat steps one and two, or two and three.. and that's okay!

We move at the pace and in the direction that you, the client, needs most 🙏🏻💕✨
