We are so excited to share that applications are now open for our Spring 2026 EmpowHer Expressions cohort!

EmpowHer Expressions is an 8 week virtual public speaking program for women and feminine-aligned people with disabilities eager to improve their public speaking and communication skills. With weekly classes, a 1-on-1 mentor, and regular assignments, this program is developed with skill and community building in mind. If you're looking to tackle your public speaking anxieties in the new year, look no further!

🎉 EmpowHer Camp Applications Are OPEN! 🎉

EmpowHer Camp is a transformative year-long experience for disabled girls and feminine-aligned nonbinary youth who are ready to build confidence, community, and leadership skills in a space designed by and for our community. Through mentoring, skill-building, and connection, young leaders grow into their voices and discover what’s possible when they are fully supported.

If you (or a young person you love) are looking for a place to feel seen, empowered, and encouraged to take up space—this is it. 💜
