I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils by another twin mama friend who said they were helping her three boys to finally sleep through the night. Having twins myself and sleep being our biggest struggle, I decided to try them. By using two different oils, we were finally able to get them to fall asleep in their cribs and sleep in there all night! Until then, they had always slept in our bed at night or on me for naps. I was amazed and in love with essential oils from then on! Shortly after, my husband and I came down with a terrible stomach virus. I started using an oil blend for immunity on my twins' feet several times a day and they never caught it! I caught a cold from my husband and knocked it out in TWO DAYS and the girls never caught it either. Within a few short weeks, I was reaching for my oils for everything from wasp stings to sciatica to acne to diaper rashes. I've always dreamed of being a stay at home mom and I absolutely love it, but I also genuinely love to help people, and Young Living has provided me an opportunity to be able to do so while still staying with my girls! During the last ten minutes in the dryer, I add an essential oil to wool dryer balls for scent. I usually use lavender for bedding but ended up going with White Angelica last time. Best decision ever. 🙌🏻

Up until a couple years ago, if you had told me to rub straight oils on my face every day, I would have looked at you like you were crazy. But now these two are part of my nightly regimen and I love it! Frankincense has so many skin benefits!

When we bought this house, we quickly found out that this stove top has two temps - cool enough to touch and hell fire. There is no in between. So boil overs happen. A lot. But now I have this little jar of awesomeness mixed up and ready to go and it is a game changer!! Mix some Thieves cleaner by directions for heavy degreasing (15:1), add about 20 drops of lemon oil, and stir in baking soda until you have a thick paste consistency. Boom. Done. And it smells AMAZING.

I LOVE real trees, but I can't have them inside because of my allergies - HOWEVER, I haven't had an issue with a single essential oil!
