Be Still and Know.
Natural Forces within us are the true healers.
Rest your mind and direct your thoughts to focus on your body, your environment, and your breath. Allow yourself to set the intention to call upon cell memory to take it nto your inherent state of calm. You can reset your mind awareness. Draw your focus to your body, your environment, and your breath.
Each organ in the body is connected to a specific emotion and linked together by the energetic matrix of meridians and chakras. The organs react and are affected differently depending on the intensity and duration of stress and what emotions are involved.
Physical stress can trigger an emotional issue or emotions can trigger a physical response. Symptoms can vary greatly and can include muscular tension, fatigue, digestive issues, headaches, insomnia, depression, breathing issues and beyond.
In my experiences Restorative Breathing Techniques helps to unwind layers of tension so they do not become entrenched within the body causing imbalance and dis-ease.
Energy body workers, Energy healing, or energy work, seeks to restore, promote, and maintain health and wellness to all those elements by influencing and supporting the body's bioenergies.
I believe that everyone should recognize that we are a form of energy. Research has revealed that our natural, energetic signature is embedded in our body from birth and that this shapes our strengths, gifts, abilities and how we relate to one another.
There’s an innate gift that comes from your body and your way of being. Know yourself. Seek understanding of your body and the chakras and meridians.Then healing begins.

We were visited, just yesterday, by the beings who created these artifacts thousands of years ago, to ensure of the helpful and beneficial downloads coming through the design. These are heart-based beings, in alignment with the expansion of human consciousness here on Earth.

We start with shirts made of US Organic Cotton, sustainably harvested tree root, and SIX RECYCLED WATER BOTTLES each, which create a super soft and comfortable fabric. The printing takes place in our Studio with our proprietary CRYSTAL-INFUSED INKS, durable and soft to the touch. The mask is topped with invisible glow-in-the-dark UV-Activated ink.

The crystalline inks are created with feldspar of the Black Hills of South Dakota, which consists of tourmaline, mica, various quartz, garnet, lepidolite, and other silica. This is a beautiful and high vibration combination of minerals, for a super high vibe piece of Activation Apparel.
