Hello. It’s been a while. I’ve got an important message for you…and please understand that this is NOT coming from me, this information is coming THROUGH me.
There is a SHIFT happening. Everything is coming to the surface. Whatever has been swept under the rug, hidden in the darkness, ignored, tolerated, etc. is being  exposed and there is conflict everywhere you turn.
This shift is something that cannot be avoided, and you can either be in the midst of the chaos and fight it or ground yourself and accept the fact that there are some people that just need to go.
That which no longer brings you, peace and joy is being exposed in a way that it never has before, and we must make the choices that are good for what is best for us.
Arguments, misunderstandings, even physical violence are occurring now more than ever. When I tell you that no one is exempt I believe that you will know exactly what I’m talking about.
Rest, breathe, pray, hold onto your higher power whatever that looks like for you and trust that God, the universe and all of your angels want what is best for you. Crying is necessary as you release all that does not serve you anymore.
There are no coincidences and no mistakes. Be well and know that I love every single one of you and I’m praying for you as we all go through this together.
