Survival Flight 10 was honored to participate in today’s large-scale pediatric Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) drill alongside our incredible partners from Garland County’s Fire departments, EMS, Law Enforcement, Garland County OEM, area hospitals, and numerous other response agencies.
The exercise was an outstanding success thanks to the hard work, professionalism, and true spirit of collaboration displayed by every agency involved.
Bringing this many disciplines together in one place to train for the most challenging and emotionally difficult calls we face—sick and injured children—is no small feat, and the Garland County emergency response community displayed incredible professionalism during this exercise.
These are the days that make the biggest difference. These exercises not only sharpen our skills but also build the trust and relationships that translate directly into better outcomes when seconds matter most.
Survival Flight is proud to serve alongside these agencies and is even prouder to call Garland County home.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the planning and successful ex*****on of this drill. You make our community safer every day.
We would like to extend an additional shout-out to the talented Media Correspondent, Jon Gutman, for capturing these powerful photographs. These images don’t just document the training; they tell the story of what teamwork and dedication look like in Garland County.
