Grand County's first ever FUTURE TOWN event is coming, Sunday June 14th! Join the Rural Health Network and Warm Cookies of the Revolution at Polhamus park for a Grand County INTERdependence celebration: local eats, live music, circus and performing artists, and family fun. FREE event, and ALL are welcome!

Then, join us across the street at the Granby Library for a letter writing experience. Gratitude, appreciation, tough love, and inspired letters for change are all welcome. Live music will power the vibe.

Opioid misuse and overdose are not limited to one age group, one family, or one type of person. They can touch teens, parents, older adults, friends, coworkers, and neighbors - often in ways people do not expect.

Join us for a candid, educational community conversation about what is happening in Grand County, what warning signs to recognize, how to talk to loved ones, and what to do when someone may be at risk.

If you have been curious about the Community IMPACT Team but don’t want to attend an in-person meeting until you understand more about our group, please join virtually and see what you think!

El próximo jueves 21 de mayo se llevará a cabo nuestra próxima reunión del Equipo de IMPACTO Comunitario (Community IMPACT Team), de 6:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m., en la Biblioteca de Granby. Se invita a los hispanohablantes a asistir de manera virtual para contar con interpretación simultánea en inglés y español.

Este es un ejemplo del tipo de actividades que este grupo organiza para nuestra comunidad.
