Motherwort perked up enough to flower again after last week's rain and seems to be loving these cooler temps. Hoping we can get a couple more harvests before the end of the season. Motherwort is one of the ingredients in our Empress Tea, full of flowers and peaches 🍑

Our friend Mariah sent in this recipe for a "Market Fresh Skillet" featuring our Tuscan Salt Blend and loads of seasonal veggies! Here's her recipe:

Bag of Potato fingerlings diced
8oz smoke kielbasa sliced
8oz cubed ham
1 - red bell pepper
1 - green pepper
12 oz frozen or fresh carrots
1 cup green beans
1 cup wax beans
1 - white or yellow onion diced
2 cups frozen or fresh corn
Season with love with Nordic Fox Tuscan Salt Blend

- Mixed all ingredients together with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place on smoker at 300 for 45 - 60 minutes or desired tenderness.

We are a medicinal herb farm growing herbs for our community utilizing biodynamic, permaculture, and beyond-organic principles and practices on thirteen acres of land just outside of Nashville, TN. We offer bulk herbs as well as numerous herbal products, handcrafted for your needs and wellness goals. Additionally, we offer herbal consultations both in-person or through video conferencing. Twice a month, we produce the Tending Seeds podcast, which seeks to share valuable knowledge and stories about homesteading and herbalism.
