Reminder...Nancy is out of town until October 21st. Her Tuesday and Thursday classes are canceled until then. We are happy to offer Sarsa's Yin Yoga class in Nancy's absence. Sarsa will teach from 9am to 10:30 am each Tuesday and Thursday. We hope you will join us! More info on our website.
