Wellness Wednesday Feature 🍃

We’re spotlighting an incredible local resource for parents and caregivers, Spring Training Tuesdays at Tree House Family Resources ⚾️

This FREE Parent Education Series is designed to support families with practical tips, expert guidance, and a welcoming space to learn and connect. With a flexible, drop-in format, you can join anytime during the session and leave with tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Each session focuses on a different topic, like potty training, understanding infant crying and safe sleep, all led by an experienced and supportive team who truly gets it.

👶 Bonus: Kids under 5 can play for FREE while you participate!

Whether you’re navigating a new stage of parenthood or just looking for a little extra support, this is such a valuable (and approachable!) resource in our community.

We’re excited to share some wonderful news with our community! 💙

unitē Mental Health and Wellness has been awarded the Yooper Youth Mental Health Development Grant from U.P. Kids. This grant provides $10,000 per year for three years to support the development, education and certification of service providers who serve children and youth across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

These funds will strengthen trauma-informed care, bullying prevention, support for adoptive and foster families and the diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions — helping us continue to expand high-quality services for the young people and families who rely on us.
