Linda Goes to India
The Ayurveda hospital is a rural hospital run by a family with a long lineage of Ayurveda doctors. There are 8 such Ayurveda family lineages in all of India. We get to learn from them for 2 weeks.
Ayurveda hospitals are very different from hospitals in the US. They are usually surrounded by Nature. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Everyone has a view. Some treatments may occur in your room. Meals are cooked specifically for your needs.

This is the place I have arrived at in India. The Neelambari Eco Resort is in a small village outside the town of Trichur, Kerala. I'll be settling in and adjusting to the 9 1/2 time change before I start my Internship on Monday.

Completing Ayurveda Studies with an Internship - Come along for the Ride

I completed the last of my Ayurveda assignments today. Next is the Internship and graduation in India! Amazing journey ahead. I'll have lots of time on the flight to gather all my ideas for creating space for my Ayurveda Practice upon my return.

I'll be sharing my Substack link (free subscription) soon, so if you want to follow along, you'll be able to sign up via your email or just find me on Substack. My plan is to take you with me on this trip, see the sights and share what I'm experiencing.

This has been a LONG journey. I am glad I stuck it out, stayed with it and saw it through all the ups and downs with several programs over the years.

You can do anything you really want to do. Keep the intention and never waiver for too long.
