A free* CNA training program is being offered for those who qualify, with paid classroom and clinical time included.

Those who complete the course are offered part-time or full-time employment right after.

Class begins mid June and comes with benefits like free meals, paid vacation time, competitive wages, year-end bonus, and double time on company holidays.

National Nursing Home Week runs May 10–16, and this year’s theme is “Moments in Bloom.” It fits. Madigan is full of special moments like that. Little conversations in the hallway, familiar jokes that never get old, staff showing up for each other without being asked.

We have plenty of fun activities planned throughout the week, but the real reason this week matters is simple. The people who are part of Madigan — both clients and staff — are a valuable part of this community.

A sincere thank you to every staff member who shows up, cares deeply, and makes this place feel like home for so many people. You are the heartbeat of it all.
