Hello Family Doctor Clinic Employees,

Hope you are all safe and well! Just a quick update on the office and current plans for the coming week. There was only minor damage to the office, namely a broken window, but the real focus is trying to get power back to the office and the main phonelines working again. Dr. Matherne is planning to set up generators to the office today and he is hoping this might aid in the reconnection of the phone service.

In the meantime, we have set up a temporary line (985-873-0200) which we will text the physicians the patients details and we have set up an email address (familydoctorclinichouma@gmail.com) which Dr. Guidry has been manning.

We will be able to issue regular updates on progress via Facebook both to the public and our employees as things move forward. Keep safe and we will be in touch with more updates shortly.
