🌚New Moon, New Beginning, New Way of Moving🧘🏼‍♀️

As a massage therapist, my work is all about helping others reconnect with their bodies—and to do that, I have to stay grounded in my own.

One way I help myself to ground is by creating space for a sacred home yoga practice. It’s more than just movement; it’s a ritual that nourishes my body, clears my mind, and resets my spirit.

I begin by straightening the room, lighting an incense, pouring myself a cup of tea or water, and keeping a journal nearby to reflect before and after.

Then I roll out my mat and either move freely or press play on one of my favorite guides below. These women have held space for me in the quiet of my own home and I am so grateful for them.

If you’ve ever felt the pull to start OR return to a home practice, I encourage you to treat it as something sacred! You don’t need the perfect space—just your presence & a little intention.

As I reflect on the past year, I feel nothing but gratitude!
