Since our last spotlight, Alessaโs role has expanded to support departmental transitions and changes. She has aided the maritime TMS team with documentation shipments, worked alongside the bookings team to schedule training/respond to inquiries, etc. Additionally, she has assisted incoming team members including the Interim Operations Manager. From helping guide scheduling logistics to providing operational insight, she plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations aligned and on track.
