M Power Yoga is a spacious boutique Yoga studio in Downtown Houma with a relaxed vibe, awesome view, fun community, and welcoming environment located at 308 Church Street in Houma. We offer a variety of yoga classes which are accessible and provide a balanced approach to yoga including power vinyasa, heated and non-heated, restorative and yin, adaptive/Chair, meditation, sound baths, gentle flow, hatha, and various workshops, seasonal programs and special events.

You are never too late to be present for yoga and to start enjoying life. Drop the obstacles and pick up a sustainable, accessible, & transformational practice which promotes health, well-being, and longevity. It's not so much doing big or great things that will alter your life or change the world. The simplest and little things done with great love will make the biggest differences. Practice this daily, stay true to yourself, and you will find a shift for the better.
