Think about the ritual of consuming whether it’s food, supplements, drinks, conversations, and social media. Carve out a space and time to just observe our relationships with them. Do they feed the need for more, a feeling of lack, and Is it ever satisfying?
What would it look like if we took a step outside our flutter of thoughts and allowed to be consumed with Light, Love, and gratitude. What if we were always enough? From here can we plant seeds of loving kindness, support and healing upon our hearts. We don’t have to make things so complex. It’s the little steps done with great care, repeated often, that makes the biggest change. 🙏🏽🦋❤️ we invite you to join us today and every day and M power Yoga.
