To my clients,

I will be out of the spa until April 21st, taking a much-needed break and giving my body the care it deserves. I’ve been working almost every day since August with only one day off each week, and my body is definitely feeling it. As a massage therapist, it’s so important that I take time to rest and recover so I don’t experience burnout or risk injury.

To all of my clients who always remind me to slow down and take care of myself—I’m finally listening! 😊

I feel incredibly blessed and grateful for each of you. I’ve always prayed to stay busy, and you all continue to show up for me in the best way. I truly pour my heart into every session to help relieve your pain, reduce stress, and bring you relaxation. Taking this time ensures I can continue showing up as my best for you.

I will be on a cruise from April 16th–20th and will not have access to my phone during that time. If you’d like to schedule an appointment, feel free to text me and leave a message, and I will respond as soon as I can. You can also book online or call the spa directly.
