Psychic-Somatic is the best phrase to describe the deep listening and witnessing process I offer in the bodywork I share.

I'm not squeezing tissue, knocking down the door of tight muscle or pushing past engrained mental protection.

I say hello to your body and your spirit and I wait.

I listen.

I invite.

Then I offer gentle guidance whether through my hands only or through sharing the clairvoyant images you're showing me.

Your ability to integrate your traumatic experiences becomes more available to you when you don't force, but gently offer.

Then the treasures of your felt experiences can be embodied. And what is no longer necessary dissipates. The internal pressure releases and your inner child can sit firmly in your strength.

On this Solstice, what are the truths you're telling yourself, the ones that are undeniable?

Pick one and notice how it feels in your body. Where does that sensation live? What miracles came in because you knew what was true for you?

Now... what are the untruths that you're embodying? What's the first one that comes to mind?

Where did that fear come from? Are you ready to listen to what's underneath it?

In the background our consciousness these non-working ideas that we grasp towards feed our ego, but don't truly nourish us. They leads us to make decisions that are based in half truths.

And after some time living in these untruths, we can feel like we aren't touching our path anymore. We thought we were solid but we're hovering over our lives.

Yet once we allow ourselves to feel the untruths we're telling ourselves, the sensations and emotions that those decisions blocked, come up ready to be acknowledged.

Give yourself the time today, tonight, to bring these awareness to the light again.

You may notice your strength ready to greet what truly aligns with you.

Your courage may rise and fill the gap that uncertainty used to hold.

Your visions becomes clearer. And stepping into the unknown becomes a little less scary.

There are many wonders, synchronicities, and small miracles that step forward when we take the lead with what we know is true.

There's a distinct moment that happens in sessions, when a client transitions from feeling witnessed to feeling seen.

Their body relaxes, emotional heaviness begins to release and there's an engaged excitement, a reaching toward themselves. A tinge of aliveness and receptivity.

So much about what happens in the session is not about what I say, but how clients feel as they activate their soul connection to themselves.

It's a beautiful miracle to see.
