Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, experienced in a variety of massage techniques, and committed to delivering exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform professional quality massage therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs
• Assess clients’ health history and discuss treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-prepared
• Promote wellness services and recommend treatment plans
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service
• Follow all state licensing laws and safety regulations
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Valid Massage Therapy License in Ohio
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program
• Knowledge of various massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
