🌟ENERGIZING YOGA MOVEMENT🌟

This Yoga Class is a complete practice that combines strength, flow, and relaxation. It is designed to tone, sculpt, and strengthen the body without the use of weights, relying instead on the power of breath and mindful movement abd your iwn bidy weight. This dynamic movement awakens energy, improves strength, and releases tension, while still being accessible for ALL Levels of yogis. Class concludes with a calming Savasana , allowing your body to absorb the benefits, your mind and your spirit are open to feel restored. We will leave grounded, uplifted, and ready for the upcoming Day.

*Please Note: this class still teams up withCourt House Fitness. So if you are a courthouse fitness member., this ONE class is included in your membership package.

People often ask about releasing Lymphatic Fluids in our body? To begin with our lymphatic system is a group of organs vessels and tissues that protect you from infection and keep a healthy balance of fluids throughout your body. Sometimes these areas get clogged. For example, swelling of a part or all of your arm or leg or fingers, a feeling of heaviness or tightness, or even reoccurring infections. Are just a few things that can happen to our lymphatic system . Below are a few great moves that we actually use in Yoga at YOGA ROOM wch quite often they can help you keep your lymphatic system cleared.

🌿 Morning Stretches to Wake Up Your Lymph & Energy

Mornings set the tone for your entire day. A few gentle stretches not only loosen stiff muscles but also boost lymphatic circulation, reduce puffiness, and calm the nervous system. Here’s how to flow into your day:

1. 🌞 Neck Rolls

👉 Slowly roll your head side to side, forward and back.
✨ This stimulates the cervical lymph nodes, helping drain fluid from the face, scalp, and sinuses.

2. 🤲 Shoulder Circles

👉 Circle your shoulders up, back, and down 10 times.
✨ Opens the thoracic duct area (the main lymph “highway”) and eases upper-body congestion.

3. 🌬️ Deep Breathing with Arm Stretch

👉 Raise arms overhead, inhale deeply, then exhale while lowering arms. Repeat 5–10 times.
✨ Diaphragmatic breathing pumps lymph through the thoracic cavity, oxygenates tissues, and energizes the body.

4. 🦵 Knee-to-Chest Hug

👉 While standing or lying down, gently pull one knee to your chest, then switch.
✨ Stimulates abdominal lymph nodes and relieves lower-body heaviness.

5. 💧 Gentle Calf Pumps

👉 Rise onto your toes, then slowly lower your heels back down. Repeat 10–15 times.
✨ Activates the calf muscle pump, supporting venous and lymph return from the legs.

🌿 Why This Matters

Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump like your heart — it relies on movement, breathing, and muscle contraction. Just 5 minutes of stretching in the morning can:
