When asked what drew her to senior living, Erin shared,

“The idea of getting to work and take care of the older population.”

“When working in Memory Care and seeing the impact that I helped make in their day to day life!”

What impact has this work had on your life?

“It has impacted my life by helping me realize what I want to be when I “grow up” and has shown me empathy and compassion.”
