You can’t control your sleep, but you can control how you care for yourself after a night of disrupted sleep.
I first want to acknowledge that I don’t do this all every single day but there are days, like this morning where I could feel my overwhelm coming in hot …so I KNEW I needed a pause for myself.
I also want to acknowledge that getting comfortable ASKING FOR HELP and COMMUNICATING with your husband takes practice. Otherwise, it can come out as resentment or bitterness.
