Travel day!

A sneak peak of what I go through on my mobile treatment Fridays. I think we can all agree that houston traffic sucks. But at the end of the day, it’s all worth it. Being able to travel & treat clients is a rewarding feeling. Wouldn’t change a thing……..except that houston traffic lol.

🤓The trapezius is a muscle that starts at the base of your neck, goes across your shoulders and extends to the middle of your back. It helps you move your head, neck, arms, shoulders and torso. It also stabilizes your spine and helps with posture.

✅Consistency is key! After only our third session, soreness was down from a 7 to a 3. Cupping & rapid tension machine was used to release mid back.
