What's one "mistake" you made this year, and what did you learn from it?
This is one of the reflection questions I ask in my End of Year Journaling Ritual Workbook.
I think it's important to ask this question because it helps you find ways to move forward in life. And it helps you identify where you might have forgotten your truth.
One of the "mistakes" I made this year was to try to fit myself into a box or strategy, especially when it came to Instagram. I understand consistency is something that can help move you forward.
But for someone like me, who's super creative, multifaceted, introverted, multipassionate, higly sensitve, deeply empathic, and stubborn, trying to fit myself into a strategy box, a strict content schedule, especially for a platform like Instagram was really difficult for me.
I was really going against how I'm wired, and at times, I just kept pushing through, which left me feeling exhausted and drained my soul.
But I don't regret it one bit because I learned something amazing from this experience.
✨️I learned to honor my energtic bandwidth. I don't have to show up on a consistent basis on Instagram if I don't want to.
✨️I also learned that Instagram is more for connections and building relationships with kind-hearted, like-minded souls.
✨️And, yes, it's for sharing my healing breathwork services, but in a way, that's less confined, less structured, and more in alignment with my authentic, creative, expansive, and flexible soul!
