Honest Moment: I have quit so many times during this weight loss journey in my mind, but thankfully a fight always stir up to keep fighting. . Many say you should be so happy with your accomplishments this far, but truth be told the hardest work is balancing your mental after you have worked so hard, and deal with life curve balls! I must say God has truly been the biggest support I have had, times I feel so down, he sends the right people to say the right things.Mentally I have fought like hell to overcome the mental doubt and moments of wanting to just give up.... But due to the strength God has provided through this process, I continue to fight and is on my way to my ultimate weight goal. Hoping that my page gives someone else the encouragement and motivation they need to keep going and see that this life style really does work ❤️ I’ve hit so many bumps along the way. I’m not where I want to be, but I’ve come a long way from where I was ❤️
