Hypnosis has taught us that we plan on a soul level for these ‘bad’ experiences to happen, as a way of teaching us something important while also raising our consciousness. These experiences are meant to help us become more loving, patient, compassionate, etc.

No matter what the lesson is, forgiveness and acceptance are the keys to moving past the painful experience.

What is self-love (really)? I believe it’s a balance of needing, loving and caring for others while also recognizing our own needs and tending to those needs. Sometimes this means we’re our own bestie and sometimes we’re reaching out to those who love us as much as we SHOULD love ourselves. Here’s to Self-Love people!!!!
