We would like to take a moment and recognize another one of our AMAZING team member, Jessica Hernandez!!!

She has gone above and beyond to help her patients and families feel safe and loved every time she is with them. She makes sure that her patients are treated with dignity and respect and loves every minute of it.

Jessica has been a CNA since 2004, spent 14 years working in a facility prior to hospice, and decided to take a leap of faith to try something different a little over 2 yrs ago. Since that leap, she has felt like she is in the right place. She enjoys being with her families at their worst times and understands their struggles. Her personal experiences with hospice has strengthened her skills and has helped her gain the knowledge that she has to continue helping her families that she works with.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and is very crafty. She loves Halloween and loves to decorate for Halloween as well.
Jessica, we are all so very thankful for everything you do for not only our team but for our patients and their families!!
