Magnolia Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

From candlelit processions and heartfelt villancicos to sharing tamales, buñuelos, and piñatas filled with joy, Las Posadas brings families and communities together in a spirit of hope, hospitality, and celebration. Last month, we were honored to welcome Highland Hospice to our facility for a heartfelt Veterans Recognition Ceremony. We also celebrated our Director of Nursing, Ellis, for his service to our country!

Together, we celebrated and thanked the brave men and women in our facility who served our country with courage, sacrifice, and dedication. Their stories inspire us, and we're grateful for every opportunity to honor their service. 💙
