Hello! We believe movement is the best medicine. We offer non-surgical solutions to treat arthritis We do accept selected insurances.

Dr. Booker is in network for Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue cross blue shield, and Medicare. If you do not have any of these, we can take your insurance information. We can have our billing department reach out to your insurance and see if they will cover the visit before we schedule an appointment. We want to make our practice as affordable and as comfortable as possible for YOU!

We are sad to announce that Move Functional Wellness is closing.

Nearly two years after helping our first patients fight arthritis pain, we have decided to close our doors and explore other endeavors.

Dr. Tania Booker will be focusing more on nutrition counseling in an effort to treat arthritis pain, chronic inflammation and obesity to help clients “move” better.

We will no longer be available to treat clients with joint injections after 01/03/2022 however those services will still be available from Dr. Lashondria Camp at Tru Essence Spa.

We have been blessed to care for an amazing group of loyal and supportive clients and we are thankful for their endless support.
