It was .a.r.e.surgeryclinic We love patient couples. Meet The McNeils. Robert and Emily. Our patients since 2022 They came in last week Friday for their annual visit, and their 2 year anniversary of They have both lost a combined 355 lbs; 200 lbs for him and 155 lbs for her. He was ready from day 1, we had to convince her. He always has the best tee shirts. She’s always very demure very mindful 😂 We were all so proud of them and happy for their continued success. DrE actually mistook Emily for their oldest daughter!!

Here is a recent Picture of one of our Patients, Shantelle W. at her 18 month follow up visit, 184 lbs less after a We first saw her January 2023, at almost 400 lbs (391 to be specific) and oh by the way, she’s legally blind.
Let’s just say I was less than enthusiastic about being her surgeon. However, with the guidance of our Nurse Practitioner with our medical management program, sheer willpower and the grace of God, she lost 50+ lbs and I became a Beliver. A year and a half after surgery, she is without her walking cane, pre-habilitated for bilateral knee replacement and lipodystrophy (loose skin) surgeries. They 😁😇🙏 Happy Monday everyone!

It’s Post op (& Tee Shirt) Friday at . First picture is of 1 year after and 171 lbs lost. 2nd picture I had to take and send to our baby girl, Sede, who can be guilty sometimes of overthinking things and getting in her head. Last one, a picture wouldn’t have done justice so we did a video; Ms. Williams is 2 years post op. She was 520 lbs at her first visit and struggled to walk, even with a walker. She is now 317 lbs and now considering knee replacement surgery. Compliments of the season, folks. God bless.

Oh Death… Where is thy sting? 1 Corinthians 15:55-57
Our patient / friend will be laid to rest this weekend. We saw her last, Wednesday October 2nd for her Pre-operative appointment. That appointment for our patients is usually filled with anticipation and anxiety and excitement. It’s a culmination of all the work ups and efforts they have put into their upcoming weight loss surgery. Unfortunately Cassandra’s other health issues struck Sunday the 6th and she left earth, her family and many friends on the 11th. We only knew her for a few months but she truly lit up our clinic with her personality. We are praying for her 2 sons & her entire family. God bless.
