Today was first. In 20 years I did not have to take a child to school or pick someone up from practice! It is bittersweet as we move into this new phase of life and will miss our time spent together in our daily driving.

But.... holy moly did I get so much accomplished with spending hours driving up and down 1488 and waiting in the car.

This also means I have more availability to administer hydration IVs and give vitamin injections!

I have been infusing many athletes before their games and they are seeing great results. I recommend getting an infusion the day before the game, most say they sleep extremely well the night of an infusion and then wake up feeling energized. They tell me that they have reduced or no cramping during the games.
