War Room Wellness is the Coaching & Consultation branch of War Room Enterprises, and was created with a Kingdom Health agenda in mind.

“Kingdom Health” is about honoring God through our efforts to live a life that exemplifies whole wellness (mind, body, soul, and Spirit). Based on this agenda, War Room Wellness, through biblical principles and practical solutions, assists clients with:

ind - thought renewal / Mental Health (Romans 12:2),
** Body - honoring God through physical health and nutrition (Romans 12:1),
** Soul - establishing peace and prosperity within our souls (3 John 1:2), and
** Spirit - empowerment to worship the Lord in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24).

SPEAK LIFE
Our words have the power to bring life (encouragement, motivation, hope, and healing) or death (discouagement, disappointment, hurt, and shame).

Therefore, make a conscious effort each day to speak life.

Don't say things that are foul🤮, hurtful, or harmful to others (OR YOURSELF).🥺

Instead, speak words that are kind and useful, and that are good for building up the hearts of those around you.💖

Speak words that will be (or become) a blessing to all of those who ever have the chance to hear you speak.🥰
