Tip of the week!
Not sure if your truly hungry or just emotionally eating?
Drink a big glass of water and wait 10 minutes. Get something done off your to do list! Call a friend, paint your nails, check emails, etc. If after 10 minutes you still feel hungry have a little carbohydrate and a little protein for a snack! 🍏🧀

Avoid distractions while eating. Turn off the tv, put down the magazine. Focus on what your eating and your hunger fullness signals!
