A part of my life’s journey is to write journals to be shared with my children’s at least 100 years.
My sister journaled most of her life and her husband and children are so grateful as they read her thoughts. It’s like she talks to them everyday and they can go back to her words for counseling and encouragement.
Have you ever thought about writing your thoughts for others? FB is one way of sharing, but it is controlled by someone else.
How would your spouse feel if you took the time to hand write them a letter and mail it to them?
What about your children?
What about your parent(s)?
I still write to my great grandmother and talk to her and she has been dead for 50 years …literally. But she kept me as a baby until she died when I was 4. I remember her face and her praying for me. She shared her spirit with me and I remember her. She was 84 when I was born, 88 when she passed in 1974. Her life still had great value at 84-88!
Writing down your thoughts are so important. Your life is not just for you and your family. We are all part of a universal collective that need the lives and support from anyone that will give it with the right intent.
I write to my ancestors I have never met and ask them questions about life and for guidance. We are all energy and energy can not be created or destroyed, it changes form.
If you have lost a love one, write them a letter. It is freaking amazing how much that can help you. Sometimes you will cry from your soul. Sometimes you will laugh and get wisdom. You may even get mad at them. I still have a scar on my head where my sister hit me with a drum stick😂. She was 4…but you will feel much better as their spirit will comfort you!
Even in my post, I thanked my great grandmother, my eyes teared for my sister and within seconds I was laughing.
Death is not the end…it’s a new and different relationship. Just like our trials and tribulations, they are not the end, just a new relationship you are forming with yourself.
To all those we have lost…we love you, miss you and appreciate the life you shared.🙏🏾
I feel better now ….Ahhhh!
