Sharing this post wasn’t easy, but it’s a big milestone for me. I’ve struggled with acne and acne scars since grade school and tried numerous lasers and treatments, but nothing has worked as well as the CO2 Helix by . This treatment truly is the gold standard in skin resurfacing — and in my opinion, the ultimate laser!

I finally took the plunge with the Helix, which combines a CO2 laser and Sultra laser to resurface, refine, and restore my skin. Unlike traditional CO2 treatments, the Helix reduces recovery time and is safe for a broader range of skin types, which was a major concern for me based on my ethnicity and skin tone. After just 5 days, I was back to work!

One of the best parts? The Helix allows us to customize the treatment for faster healing with less downtime (just 2-3 days with multiple sessions) or more intensive results with slightly longer downtime (7-10 days with a single treatment).

To prep my skin, I did 3 Rejuran facials (aka DNA from salmon s***m) to address pigmentation and skin laxity, followed by a Rejuran skin booster post-laser to speed up healing and minimize downtime. I also had Radiofrequency Microneedling before the CO2 treatment. The difference is clear — the before photo is from about a year ago, and the after was taken just 12 days after my CO2 Helix treatment. My skin will continue to improve over the next few months!

Meet Goldie Ramos, MSN, AGPCNP-C! 🌟 Goldie is a dedicated nurse practitioner at Dream Aesthetics Medspa, where she combines her passion for health and beauty. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Thomas and started her career in 2015 as a registered nurse in labor and delivery and intermediate care.

In 2019, Goldie completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She’s licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing and board certified as an Adult-Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.

With expertise in hormone replacement therapy, internal medicine, weight loss, and aesthetic dermatology, Goldie is excited to introduce medical weight loss medications and aesthetic services at Dream Aesthetics. Her mission? To help patients lose weight, boost their health, and keep those results!

No Obligation to Update Your Membership
You are not required to switch to these new memberships. If you prefer, you can keep your current membership, and we will be happy to grandfather you in under our existing system. If you do not respond to this email by October 1, 2024, you will be automatically grandfathered into your current membership. However, if you decide to update your membership, we can easily make the change for you.

Why the Update?
These changes are part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and offer even more value to our loyal patients. We’ve also recently updated our website, added some new services, and have launched a new booking system.
