You have two paths👇
Path one: take the shot, lose “weight,” but tank your metabolism and set yourself up for the rebound.
Path two: take the shot AND prioritize strength training, protein, and lifestyle changes – so you lose the fat, keep the muscle, and actually sustain the results.
The shot can work. But only if you protect what keeps the weight off in the first place.
