Mr. Roy is a new resident and a chef who attended culinary school. We encouraged him to share any special recipes he might have so that we could prepare them for our baking club on Fridays. He was very excited about this! Mr. Roy presented us with two recipes, and we decided to make a cream puff pie. He did most of the work on the dessert and even got up early to prepare it for the day!
