Each morning I would wake up at dawn to walk outside to be present with the birds singing, the breeze blowing in my face, my feet touching the ground.

My mindfulness meditation practice begins.

A gentle, soft walking meditation…

Sipping a cup of chai outside…

Taking in the hibiscus and bougainvillea flowers…

Listening to the sound of crows, sparrows, myna birds…
