Most people don’t realize that you spend 6–8 hours every night in one position so yes, your sleep posture matters a lot.
Sleeping in positions that twist or strain your neck and lower back can slowly lead to poor spinal alignment, stiffness, and even chronic pain over time. It’s not just about how you sit or stand during the day your body needs proper support while you sleep too.
For example:
• Sleeping on your stomach can put stress on your neck
• No pillow support can throw off your spine’s natural curve
• The wrong mattress can lead to pressure points and discomfort
The goal: keep your spine in a neutral, supported position while you sleep. Small changes = big difference over time.
Your body heals while you sleep… make sure it’s healing in the right position 💭
